The Shirley Bill Award for Outstanding Teachers recognizes the labor of a teacher, whose name is thereafter listed in the Annual Meeting Program. Any ASECS individual member, caucus or affiliate can nominate a person. A contribution of $300 (from an individual or a group) and a brief description of why this teacher is nominated is required.
