Governance

ASECS was officially incorporated on Dec. 2, 1969, in the State of Illinois. It conducts business in the State of Oregon.

New Bylaws came into effect July 1, 2025.

The ASECS calendar runs on a fiscal year that begins July 1 and ends June 30.
