Women’s Caucus – Catharine Macaulay Graduate Student Prize

Managed by the Women’s Caucus.

If you are (or know) a graduate student whose paper at the past ASECS Annual Meeting or at a regional meeting in the same year helped to “advance understanding of gender dynamics, women’s experience, and/or women’s contributions to eighteenth-century culture, or offer a feminist analysis of any aspect of eighteenth-century culture and/or society,” please submit the paper for consideration for the Macaulay Prize. The prize committee is looking for papers as they were presented at the conference (i.e., they are not seeking expansions of a conference paper into an article or chapter). The Catharine Macaulay Graduate Student Prize carries a cash award of $1,000.

More information and submission instructions can be found at the ASECS Women’s Caucus website: http://www.asecswomenscaucus.com/catherine-macaulay-graduate-student-prize.html
