The 56th Annual Meeting of the American Society for Eighteenth-Century Studies will take place in the conference hotel, the Sheraton Philadelphia Downtown.

Conference Rate

ASECS has negotiated the following discounted hotel rates per night:

$237 single/double

Rates do not include the current sales tax of 16.37%.  

The contracted rate is good until either the room block sells out or until March 11, 2026. Availability and rate cannot be guaranteed once the room block is sold out or after this date.

Reservation Method

Hotel reservations can be made online or by phone.  Attendees who book within the conference block will receive complimentary Wi-Fi in their sleeping room.

Check-in/Check-out

Check-in is 4:00pm and Check-out is 12:00pm. Early check-in requests will be based on hotel availability. Late check-outs are not available. Luggage storage is available at the bell stand.
