December 15, 2025Date to submit any changes/edits to sessions
Jan. 15, 2026Membership in ASECS or an ISECS-affiiliate society must be in good standing for inclusion in the program

Feb. 16, 2026Please submit accommodation requests by 11:59 pm PDT to the Executive Director (director@asecs.org). Requests made after this date may be difficult to arrange (but we’ll try).
