Ombuds

Please note: The Ombuds office is currently vacant; the Executive Board anticipates filling that position in the next weeks. In the meantime, feel free to reach out to the anti-harassment committee (antiharassment@asecs.org), or to the Executive Director (director@asecs.org), or the ASECS Executive Board President (president@asecs.org).

ASECS engages the services of an independent, external, neutral Ombuds throughout the year to advise and support members in cases of conflict or harassment as defined by our harassment policy.

In addition to offering appointments via phone or video conference throughout the year, the Ombuds will also be present at our Annual Meeting. In this 2-minute video from Kathy Canul, you can learn more about the role of an Ombuds.
