We’re days away from the 2025 Virtual Annual Meeting!

- Round 1 (due June 10, 2025): Call for Session Proposals, Affiliate Societies and Caucuses (Guaranteed) – collected via Google Form. Late guaranteed sessions may be submitted via Round 2.
- Round 2 (OPEN JUNE 17-JULY 26): Call for Session Proposals, General, collected via Stova submissions form.
- Round 3 (Aug. 19-Sept. 20): Call for Abstracts to Sessions, collected via Stova submissions form
- Round 4 (Week of Sept. 23): Rehoming and Individual Paper, organized via Stova submissions form
