Dear ASECS Members and Friends,
Please read these brief updates on two matters: the Annual Meeting, and nominations for the Board of Directors.
1. Annual Meeting:
– The deadline for a number of sessions has been extended through Oct. 3, 2025, midnight PT. You can see which sessions are accepting submissions on the Table of Contents on the List of Sessions 2026
– Chairs are currently reviewing submissions; thank you for your patience while they complete that work.
– Chairs received an email from me earlier today – let me know if you’re a chair and didn’t get it!
2. Nominations for the Board of Directors: Nominate yourself, or someone you know, to run for ASECS’ Board of Directors. It’s easy! The deadline is Nov. 1, 2025. More information here: Nominations for Board of Directors 2026-2027
