The Conference Registration Support Fund provides discounted registration for ASECS members in need of financial assistance. There are no restrictions, although no one may receive more than one source of ASECS conference assistance.
Applications must include the name of the Annual Meeting panel(s) on which you will be speaking. Deadline for the 2026 Annual Meeting is Dec. 15, 2025.

Awardees may not receive more than one type of ASECS conference support.
