The General Conference (GC) Travel Grant provides discounted registration for ASECS members in need of financial assistance. There are no restrictions, although no one may receive more than one source of ASECS conference assistance.
Applications must include the name of the Annual Meeting panel(s) on which you will be speaking. Deadline to submit applications for the 2027 Annual Meeting is Dec. 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET.

Awardees may not receive more than one type of ASECS conference support.
