There will be a red button with “Start” (if you’re a chair or presenter) or “Join” (for audience members). Chairs and presenters can access the room up to 2 hours before their session starts; audience members will be able to join a session 5 minutes before the start time. All sessions are 60 minutes; all rooms will remain open 30 minutes after the session for anyone wanting to continue with Q&A or hold an informal discussion.
